Another draw by BC PNP invites over 180 candidates for Permanent Residency

    Around 180 candidates have been invited for permanent residency on May 17th by BC PNP draw in a general and specified draw. Below mentioned categories of the general draw had 154 candidates who were invited for the PR ( Permanent Residency) under the latest draw.

    • Candidates who were International graduates with a score of at least 97 points.

    Eligibility:-

    1. The candidate must have legal immigration status in Canada.
    2. Proof of funds to support themselves or dependent residing with them.
    3. A valid job offer to a full-time position.
    4. A degree or Diploma from a recognized DLI (Designated Learning Institution).
    5. Candidates for SI -Skilled workers with a score of at least 109 points.

    Eligibility:-

    1. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
    2. A valid job offer which has no specified end date and is a full-time job offer.
    3. The candidate’s job shall be in accordance with the wage rates specified by BC PNP.
    4. CLB4 language requirements shall be met by candidates of NOC skill level B job offers.
    5. No language test is required for candidates of NOC Skill Level A or Skill Type 0.
    6. The candidate shall meet the income requirements of BC PNP.
    7. Any additional qualifications shall also be met by the candidates.
    8. The candidate must have legal status as per immigration laws by IRCC.
    9. Candidates from EEBC- Skilled Worker with a score of at least 123 points.

    Eligibility:-

    1. The candidate must have a legal Immigration Status in Canada.
    2. Candidates must provide proof of funds to support themselves and any dependent residing with them.
    3. Candidate must have NOC specified Skill Level A or B or Skill Type 0 job offer, which is full time from an employer in British Columbia.
    4. The candidate must have a legal profile for Express Entry.
    5. The candidate must have a degree or Diploma from a recognised educational institution in Canada.
    6. Candidates from EEBC- International Graduate with a score of at least 107 points.

    Eligibility:-

    1. Legal immigration status in Canada
    2. Job offer by an employer in British Columbia, which is a permanent full-time job offer under NOC occupancy ( Skill Level A or B or Skill Type 0)
    3. Proof of funds to provide for themselves.
    4. Legal profile under Express Entry.
    5. Degree or Diploma from a designated learning institution in Canada.
    6. Candidates from SI- Entry-level and Semi-Skilled with a score of at least 76 points.

    Eligibility:-

    1. The candidate shall be employed by a BC Employer in any of the occupations as a full-time worker eligible for BC PNP.
    2. Candidate shall either have a job offer or be employed in any of Skill Level C or D occupation.
    3. Candidates shall provide proof of funds to support themselves and any dependent residing with them.
    4. The candidate shall acquire any license or certificate necessary for the job.
    5. The candidate shall meet the language requirements under CLB 4.
    6. The candidate must have legal status as per immigration laws by IRCC.
    7. Certification of secondary education shall be provided by the candidate.

    Along with the above-discussed candidates, BC PNP also invited over 26 candidates in specific draws in the below-mentioned categories.

    International Graduates, including EEBC and Skilled Workers – A total of21 candidates received an invitation under this category that had a minimum score of 62 points.

    Targeted Healthcare draw–Around five candidates received an invitation under this category with a minimum score of 62 points.

    Entry Level and Semi-Skilled–less than five candidates were invited for PR (Permanent Residency) with a score of at least 62 points.

    After the candidate has created their profile on the IRCC portal and also meets the eligibility criteria of BC PNP. The candidates having a higher score than the cut off of the draw are invited for PR (Permanent Residency) in Canada.
