Here’s what you need to know about Italy Study Visa

The Italian embassy issues the study permit to international students

Italian immigration allows international students from European Union or EFTA countries to stay in Italy for their studies without a visa

If the duration is more than three months these students will have to obtain a residence permit from the local police station

The two types of Italy study visas are: – Type C visa – 90 days – Type D visa – Longer than 90 days

Some of the essential documents: – Completed Visa application form – Proof of Funds – Proof of no criminal record – Results of Language proficiency test

–Certification of medical insurance – Letter of acceptance from the College/university – Passport

Students from the European Union or EFTA countries are entitled to work in this duration

However, the time is limited to 20 hours a week
